Callie Aspley
26/09/07 11 years old. Callie was born September 2007. We didn’t know anything was wrong until the nurse noticed when bathing her that her arms were really short. She had stippling on her bones, within 6 weeks she had cataracts, removed at 3 months and 4 months, had reflux so she had a g tube fitted, she has mitral valve prolapse, started with absence seizures at 15 months and we eventually found out Callie had rcdp type 1 when she was 10 months old. Callie can say about 10 words including mom, dad, grandma and balloon. She loves her music and her projectors on and her favourite music at the moment is jimmy durante and bagpipes. Callie loves to have a helium balloon as it gives her arms a work out and she is very happy nearly all the time.
